An Idea with Ancient Roots, Born from Family Memories

The inspiration for Heslop & Kaiser came almost by chance, evoking the stories of grandparents, who over a hundred years ago, in their house in Pula, produced artisanal Pelinkovac. It was a family tradition, a ritual that intertwined passion and territory. From those memories, the idea of ​​bringing back to light an ancient recipe that was at risk of disappearing, sprouted.
