An ancient family tradition, which re-emerges from old paper notes to meet the tastes of modernity in a typical local infusion.

A heart of absinthe – in memory of the distillation that my family began in May after having collected the ripe leaves in the Karst, in the grassy lands of the Gulf of Trieste and around Pula – mixed with elderberry, savory and cherry juice.
For a harmonious balance between sweet and bitter.

Why Pelinkovac? The origin of the name lies in the very heart of the bitter: absinthe, which in the neighboring Eastern European countries is called pelin .
