A balsamic note : the olive leaves give an elegant and enveloping touch, recalling the Mediterranean breezes. A pinch of history : thanks to the ancient trading port of Trieste, a bold and intriguing ingredient arrives in our gin: Sichuan Pepper , which adds a light, pungent and spicy note.
